As a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher, I offer a variety of styles tailored to meet your personal needs, whether in group classes or private sessions. My mission is to help you reconnect with yourself, no matter where you are in the world.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga finds its roots in both ancient India and China and incorporates movements and techniques from Chinese medicine. Yin is all about feminine energy, it is about going with the flow and slowing down. It is an invitation to go inward and let your body guide you. If you have been wanting to connect more with your feminine power and feel calmer, then Yin is perfect for you. Book a private session or register to the next class.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is one of the most ancient types of Yoga and is considered to be the base for many other Yoga styles. Ha represents the sun energy, while Tha represents the moon energy, thus Hatha being the balance of the solar and lunar energies in the body. From gentle movements to more active postures, Hatha takes you on a journey to feeling balanced and grounded. Book a private session or register for the next class.

Pranayama

Pranayama means "control of the Breath". "Prana" in sanskrit refers to the life force energy, our breath, and "ayama" means control. As for meditation, Pranayama is an essential part of the Yoga practice, and cannot be disassociated from the asanas (postures). Learning how to regulate your breath is one of the most powerful and effective ways to balance your nervous system. Book a private session or register fort the next class.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is wonderful to connect to yourself, to your body, in a very gentle and easy way. The poses are held for a much longer time than in any other style of Yoga and are designed for your nervous system to completely relax and switch from Fight & Flight to Rest & Digest. Meditation

What is Yoga without Meditation? Yoga is a form of meditation and vice versa, there is no separation between the two practices.

Meditation can be very intuitive and my approach blends many styles and techniques that I learned around the world. I often base my sessions on a theme or a particular method, which always allows the participants to go deep, release tension and connect to their inner peace.
