Welcome to The Holistic Yogi! I'm Elodie, a yoga and meditation instructor, trained in the heart of yoga, Rishikesh, India.
My journey through Yoga and Meditation started in 2017, and what was just a way for me to stay grounded and peaceful then, turned out to be one of the most important elements of my life. I truly believe that the regular practice of mindful breathing, gentle movement and self-connection is all that we need to flow through life with grace and ease.
My years of living as a digital nomad have highlighted the importance of finding a balance and stability stemming from within, and have taken me to many wonderful places where I could learn diverse ways and techniques of mindful living and being. What I teach today is a blend of everything I have learned and experienced for myself, focusing on 3 major pillars: Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing).
